Course Booking Form

If you wish to secure a place on any of our courses please fill in this online form and submit it then choose either the Pay online or Pay by cheque button.
Each individual course page will say whether the course has places available or is fully booked. If you accidentally pay for a course that is already full you will be offered the chance to transfer to another course or receive a full refund. All bookings are made on a first-come first-served basis from the point when we receive your payment.

Either:

1. Pay Online:
Fill out the form and pay online using WorldPay (the secure online payment system from the Royal Bank of Scotland - see below for more information. We accept payment in sterling, euros or US dollars).

2. Post a cheque:
Submit the completed form, print it out and send us a cheque along with the signed form. If you are sending a cheque, please make it payable to Oxford Film & Video Makers.
Note: When paying by "cheque and post" we will only confirm your place when the cheque arrives at OFVM, and not from the point you submit the form. It is therefore always preferable to pay on-line, especially for late bookings.

If you wish to book more than one course, add the fees together and book one of the courses. In the box marked please give details, write the name and start date of the other courses(s), and if you are booking for someone else add their name and contacts too.

(You are being asked to agree to these conditions because OFVM publicly screens and distributes film/video productions made on the courses, and may offer the productions to other organisations be screened elsewhere e.g. The Oxford Channel. OFVM just want to make all students on production courses aware of this.)

OFVM Refund Policy

Anyone who cancels an OFVM course more than 14 days before the start of that course will get a 90% refund (10% kept as an admin fee). This refund will be credited back to their card if made by an on-line payment. If they cancel less than 14 days before the start of that course then they get no refund.

Exceptions to this refund policy can be made if someone else is available to fill the place, but this is at OFVM discretion. Students can usually transfer to another course without penalty, again at OFVM's discretion.

OFVM has the right to cancel any course and make a full refund. In exceptional circumstances, such as sudden staff illness, OFVM has the right to cancel or delay a class, this will then be re-scheduled and the students informed of the new date and time.
