Bookings

If you wish to secure a place on any of our courses please fill in this online form and submit it then choose either the Pay online or Pay by cheque button.
Each individual course page will say whether the course has places available or is fully booked. If you accidentally pay for a course that is already full you will be offered the chance to transfer to another course or receive a full refund. All bookings are made on a first-come first-served basis from the point when we receive your payment.

1. Pay Online:
Fill out the form and pay online using WorldPay (the secure online payment system - see below for more information. We accept payment in sterling, euros or US dollars).

2. Post a cheque:
Submit the completed form, print it out and send us a cheque along with the signed form. If you are sending a cheque, please make it payable to Film Oxford.
Note: When paying by "cheque and post" we will only confirm your place when the cheque arrives at Film Oxford, and not from the point you submit the form. It is therefore always preferable to pay on-line, especially for late bookings.

I understand that Film Oxford reserves the right to cancel any course and refund my money in full. If I cancel more than 14 days before the course starts I will just be charged a 10% administration fee. I understand that Film Oxford will make no refunds after this date.

I understand that Film Oxford retains joint copyright with me, and the other members of my production group, to any materials produced during my production course (excludes scripts and other written materials), and that I agree that Film Oxford has non-exclusive rights to distribute work produced on the course. I understand that I also have the right to publicly screen my work too but I must inform Film Oxford at least 7 days before hand. I understand I do not have the right to commercially exploit material produced on Film Oxford courses (except scripts and other written materials).

(You are being asked to agree to these conditions because Film Oxford publicly screens and distributes film/video productions made on the courses, and may offer the productions to other organisations be screened elsewhere e.g. YouTube. Film Oxford just want to make all students on production courses aware of this.)

I agree to fill out enrolment, feedback and other forms required by Film Oxford at registration. (If taking any sort of reduction, e.g. for being an EU citizen, and I fail to provide such paperwork I understand I may be charged an additional fee.)

Film Oxford Refund Policy

Anyone who cancels an Film Oxford course more than 14 days before the start of that course will get a 90% refund (10% kept as an admin fee). This refund will be credited back to their card if made by an on-line payment. If they cancel less than 14 days before the start of that course then they get no refund.

Exceptions to this refund policy can be made if someone else is available to fill the place, but this is at Film Oxford discretion. Students can usually transfer to another course without penalty, again at Film Oxford's discretion.

Film Oxford has the right to cancel any course and make a full refund. In exceptional circumstances, such as sudden staff illness, Film Oxford has the right to cancel or delay a class, this will then be re-scheduled and the students informed of the new date and time.
